I’m writing this review about Isispharma Secalia Ultra, based on my Dad’s experience. He had Temporary Eczema on his hands due to using medical gloves for so long at the hospital. He is a medical analyzer. It was worth reviewing because my sister and I used it as well for dry hands during winter. And it was great!
Isispharma is a French brand founded in 1987. It produces dermatological skincare products and offers 14 different solutions for 9 different skin problems. The solution we talk about today is SECALIA. This is for very dry and atopy-prone skin (dry skin condition triggering itching which can disturb children during the night).

Isispharma Secalia Ultra comes in a white plastic tube. For some reason, most dermatological skincare items come in elegant and simple aesthetics. I guess it gives a more professional look. It holds 200 ml of product. And lasts for 12 months after opening it for the first time.

The reason Isispharma Secalia Ultra is good for atopy-prone skin, is that it is free from the most common irritating skincare ingredients. It is free from alcohol, fragrance, essential oils, and paraben.

Isispharma Secalia Ultra lotion has a light-weight texture. Once spread on the skin, It absorbs quickly. It does not leave a greasy-sticky feeling. It does not feel heavy on the skin or itchy, which is important for sensitive skin.
My favorite part is the scent. It does not have any fragrance, except the medical smell of most dermatological products. I personally really like that scent. It leaves your skin moist for 5 hours at least.
Apply on dry cleansed skin twice a day. It is safe to be used on infants, children, adults, and pregnant women.
My Final thoughts on Isispharma Secalia Ultra:
Isispharma Secalia Ultra lotion is great for dry skin conditions of the body (Really helped my dad’s hands). And also good for sensitive skin because it does not contain fragrances and irritating ingredients. Although it says it can be used for the face and body. I did not like it on my face, because it was a bit of heaviness from it.
Although the lotion is kinda expensive, like most dermatological brands. I still would purchase other items from this brand. Because i like the gentleness and elegance of the brand. As well as the fragrance-free feature.
